Cheap Ebay Steering dampener?

I need a cheap damper for the VFR project. Anyone ever try these, or known if its a scam at that price?

i took ur advice and went with gixxar damper, but i haven't mounted it up yet. tryin to find a clamp to go on the fork - think I have the frame mount spot worked out tho.
