Have an '07 CBR 600 rr w/5k on the odometer. The brake fluid is nice and amber colored and the pads seem to have life still left on them. The issue is this....I got caught in a heavy downpour the other day and the next morning when I got back on my bike the brakes seem to pulse when they are applied at low speeds. I only feel it when I am about to come to a stop but it is a noticable pulsing feel. Any ideas on how to correct this will be much appreciated.

Its prolly not the fluid, but just FYI...brake fluid will be clear like water when its fresh.

Anyway, Id hit them with some brake cleaner - you might have picked up some road oil or dirt from the rain. Make sure you keep that stuff off your plastics and paint, though.

Fairly clear I should say....LOL. I guess I will try that and hope it works. I did notice that slight surface rust on the rotors the next morning so it is very possible that something is stuck. There was enough that I had to give a little pull when backin my bike outta the garage.

Yeah, try cleaning it first. Either that or the some how the rotors are warp over night.

take some light steel wool to those rotors and get the rust off asap. Every time i left it on thinking it would clear itself up the rotors just got worse and worse.

Yea I just went outside and made a closer inspection. There are several vent holes in the rotors that are full of brake dust. 1 or 2 are almost completely full. Guess I need to pay a little more attention. Hope my rotors are not screwed. If they were I would think I would have that pulsing feel through the entire range of speed and not just right before stop. What y'all think?

if you feel the pulse in the lever, it usually means that you have a warped rotor or two.
if they were real hot when the rain hit, that may have been the cause.
