Fuck them. I'll never do business w/ them again.

I ordered 2 sets of knee pucks from them on July 23rd. I'm in no hurry to get them, so I wait. I figure 4 weeks is a little excessive, so I check the site. Still hasn't shipped. I call and ask them to cancel the order. They said there's a 10% restock fee.

WTF!!!! Why is there a restock fee for something that hasnt' been shipped yet? I ask for them to not charge the restock fee. They said they can't. I said as a new customer, you want me to be charged a restock fee for an order that never shipped? They said that they have the Woodcraft pucks in stock, but they're waiting on the Asphalt and Gas one. I said the guy who makes them lives in CA. I could have ordered direct from him and received them weeks ago. I asked why they didn't notify me about the back order. They said I clicked on shipped complete. I said, so you were gonna wait for me to call? If I didn't call, would you have waited another month to complete the order?

Fuck them and their customer service.

That's pretty bad customer service. I'd call the CC company and dispute the whole transaction. What restocking fee? Bitches!

I was arguing that their return/exhcange policy states there is a restock fee for returned merchandise. I would agree w/ that.

Except, this isn't a return/exhcange. It never shipped. I'm just canceling an order, not returning it.

In the end, I agreed to take the Woodcraft pucks, be charged for only the Woodcraft pucks and shipping and not be charged a restock fee for the A&G pucks. I didn't want to take it out on the CS girl on the phone.

Whole transaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again.

Im going thru some same bullshit with "Sportbike Track Gear"

I ordered a Helmet on the 13th on there site it said it was IN stock
on the 18th i send them a email about ETA

STG : This helmet has not been shipped, we called 2 times about this helmet no longer being available, and wanted to see if there was any other helmet we could move you in to.

Me: No message has been left or do i have missed call's
So how would I know you guys called ??

STG : Well It does say on your invoice that a msg was left on the 14th.

Me : Well i dont have a missed call or msg , SO......... with that said i just want my money back as you guys had NO problem charging my card for a item YOU guys dont have.

after this i have NOT received a response
so i have called them and left msg as for some reason shes NEVER ........ at her desk
and still im waiting for a call back
Im about ready to put a dispute on the charge

She probably has caller id and recognizes your number.

You're having problems getting a refund for something they don't have anymore? That's Bull Shit.
