Tires, which one are you running?

It's about time to change tires on my old RR. I've been using Metzler RaceTechs for several years now and they've been good to me. But, they're expensive. Are there any DOT race tires out there that's closer to $250 a pair?

Take offs.

For some reason, I don't trust take offs. You can't gauge how many heat cycles a set of tires have gone through, and the seller may not even remember.

Get the Pirelli Diablo Corsa III

You can get brand new Bridgestone BT002's for around $300 from Tige at Cyclemall.

Why not? I was thinking of trying them.

I've got either 208 or 209 take off's right now. I'll be using them next week.

It wears way too quick for my taste. On top of that, the V-shape profile doesn't fit my riding style.
