Craigslist? Its a scam. No phone number, I bet - and yeah, email and you will get the "I'm out of the country, but the bike is in a warehouse ready to be shipped with money back guarantee" Flag it if its on CL.

For a while these guys were flooding CL - hijacking other people's ads, but always putting the same price on everything. So do a search for that exact price amount and you usually end up with all the ads from that particular scammer. My only question is if anybody ACTUALLY falls for that - seems like a pretty obvious one.
